Mentana
Located in the heart of the Plateau, this duplex was fully renovated, balancing the restoration of its original character with a connection to the outdoors.
With the ground floor occupied by the son and the upper floor by the father, the project organizes the spaces in a fluid sequence between private and shared areas, while respecting the neighborhood’s urban fabric and the historic character of the house.

The cabinetry ensures cohesion between the two apartments. The entire residence was crafted in white oak veneer, featuring solid wood handles integrated into the face of the cabinets, sections with sliding doors in the upper-level kitchen, and rounded edges on portions facing the windows.
The project encompasses all spaces, from kitchens to bedrooms, bathrooms, office, laundry room, storage, and interior doors, and is highlighted by iconic elements such as the large round mirror in the master bedroom.
